A mainstay of the gay clubbing seen in London, Andy Almighty has graced the decks of many of the major club nights in London including the legendary Brixton based Saturday nighter Love Muscle, Anthem at Crash, XXL/Fusion at The Arches, DNA at Fire, Loverboy at the The Coliseum, G-A-Y at the Astoria and the main floor on Saturdays at Heaven, but it is his residency at the ever-popular Sunday Chill-Out at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, where Andy really made a name for himself. For the last 10 years, as both promoter and resident DJ, Andy has made the night his own, building up an incredibly loyal and devoted fan base. No visit to the gay capital would be complete without a visit to this weekly clubbing phenomenon situated in the heart of the Vauxhall gay village. This summer, the RVT celebrated a decade of this now world renowned Tea Dance with 5 weekends of live shows which included Amanda Wilson, Katherine Ellis, Peyton, Angie Brown and Lonnie Gordon.

Andy is also a prolific remixer and producer. For 7 years he worked as part of the label, production and remix team Almighty Associates helping them to become one of the world’s most successful commercial remix teams. To this day, no other commercial remixers have surpassed Almighty’s quite phenomenal success. Almighty are known all over the globe for their infectious, up-tempo pop/dance remakes and have generated scores of worldwide dance hits with remixes for stars such as Cher, Anastacia, Kylie Minogue, Sugababes, Pink, Gabrielle, Enrique Iglesias, Josh Groban, Jennifer Lopez, Nelly Furtado, Kelly Clarkson, Kristine W, Whitney Houston, Diana Ross & The Supremes, Donna Summer, Kaci, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Holliday, Lulu, Kim English, Liza Minnelli, Gloria Gaynor, Thelma Houston, Shania Twain, Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Soft Cell, Village People, LeAnn Rimes, Darren Hayes, Savage Garden, Olivia Newton-John, Shakira, Sheena Easton, Duran Duran, Rozalla, Martha Wash, Hannah Jones, Jimmy Somerville, Deborah Harry, Faith Hill, Dannii Minogue to name a few!

Following his stint at Almighty, Andy started another commercial remix team Club Junkies working on projects for Maroon 5, Amber, Melanie C, Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez, Pat Hodges, Jason Herd ft. Katherine Ellis, StoneBridge, C&C Music Factory, QED, Kylie Minogue, De’Lacy, Andy Bell, Joey Negro, Angie Brown, Ruff Driverz presents Arrola and many others. More recently, along with friend Jon Dixon, Andy’s 7th Heaven have, in just 2 years, gained both commercial and critical success. In constant demand as remixers, 7th Heaven have worked on projects for Degrees Of Motion, Lonnie Gordon, Darren Hayes, Simply Red, Freemasons, The Ting Tings, Judy Cheeks, Sash! ft. Tina Cousins, Viola Wills, Peyton, Earth Wind & Fire, Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, Eartha Kitt, Steve Miller Band, Loleatta Holloway. Their debut release 'Ain't Nothin' Goin’ On But The Rent', in the early part of 2008 featured diva Katherine Ellis having been signed to Ministry Of Sound's new pop imprint, Hard2Beat. 7th Heaven have 2 further productions upcoming in 2009, their reworking of Lonnie Gordon's Italo classic 'Gonna Catch You' now signed to Positiva as well as the newest 7th Heaven project, 'This Is Your Life' featuring early 90's act Banderas, which was recently signed to Italian label Jolly Roger.

In addition to DJing, club promoting, producing and remixing Andy is Label Manager for top London based European DJ promotion companies CD Pool and White Disc, a contributor and compiler for Promo Only in the USA, content manager for digital download site Gaydar Radio Jukebox (www.gaydarradiojukebox.com) and is a scout for Ministry Of Sound in London. Andy is also involved representing 2 other top remix/production teams Soulshaker and Bassmonkeys.

Andy has previously DJ’d in the USA firstly in Atlanta in August 2004 as part of the Hotlanta River Expo where he received rave reviews, returning again to the states in June 2006 to appear at Matinee at Mezzanine in San Francisco.
