Biography

Warren Meyers has been involved as a writer, producer, engineer and performer within the global music scene for over 12 Years now. He has had stacks of chart success, both as a producer, writer and artist in his own right.
As a songwriter, Warren (aka J.D.ROX) has written for some of the biggest pop acts around, and currently has tracks pending release on Data, EMI, Oxyd, Fierce Angels, SonyBMG, Time Italy, Positva, Cayenne, AATW, Univeral and countless other labels.
Warren is amongst the best songwriters that the UK has ever produced and he is equally skilled at writing out and out Ballads for Boy Bands or solo artists, through R&B, Pop and out an out Dance floor anthems. Warren has been successful in each of these aforementioned genres under various writing and production guises.

Warren is equally diverse as a producer, and over the years has produced for successful Boy bands, Hip Hop acts, Dance acts and Solo artists. Warren generally teams up with his brother 'Matt Meyers' to work under many various production guises to include Benson 'n' Hedges (Cayenne/Virgin), Eternal Soul (Slip n Slide), Club 4 Life (fierce Angels/AATW), 45 FLAT (Data), The Audiofreaks (Audiofreaks) & alongside Kelly Mueller, one of the hottest production teams in the world of dance/pop music, Soulshaker (Gusto/AATW/Universal). Between these aforementioned production names Warren has enjoyed several National Chart hits around the World, over ten No1 dance chart hits in the UK, and around thirty top 40 dance chart entries. Warren has also done stacks of remixes under these various names and in the last few months alone has remixed Mary J Blige, Chaka Khan, Lindsay Lohan, Judge Jules, Ultra Nate, Martha Wash & Ce Ce Peniston.

As a perfomer, Warren has toured all over the World and performed tracks at many of the Worlds leading club nights including Ministry Of Sound and various top nights throughout Ibiza and Aiya Napa. Warren has also toured on the prestigious Smash Hits tour performing alongside acts like Atomic Kitten, Liberty X, Phixx and Blue etc. Warren has also just been signed to Data/Ministry Of Sound under his new guise 'J.D.ROX' as a featured artist on the recent National Chart smash Hardrox - Feel The Hardrock on EMI.

Warren also presents a Weekly show on Ministry Of Sound radio called The Audiofreaks Sessions with his brother Matt, and through this is lucky enough to be friends with lots of the biggest names in the world of dance music and so far has called upon guys like David Morales, Victor Simonelli, Benni Benessi, Deepgroove, Soulseekerz, Timo Garcia, The Sharp Boys and Michael Gray to do guest mixes for them on their Ministry radio show.

Warren Meyers has had a lifelong appreciation of music. Warren grew up surrounded by some of the Worlds most talented musicians and producers due to the fact that his father 'Dave Meyers' was a big songwriter during the 60s and 70s, writing lots of hits, and he was also a music business entrepreneur who actually discovered the legendary 'Billy Ocean' (who actually used to babysit for Warren & his brothers when they were children).

Warren's family also own the World Famous recording studio complex at London Bridge UK, known as The Vineyard and formerly known as The legendary 'Hit Factory' through Stock, Aitken & Watermans success.
Music has always been in Warren's blood and from Day one it has been his path & sole purpose in life.
